Simple, no-tie design:Installing these attachment plates to use your Demco tow bar is quick and easy. Simply remove the retaining tabs from the ends of your tow bar arms and replace them with these tabs. You then simply insert the arms of the tow bar into the receivers of the attachment plates to connect them. There is no need to remove the tabs from your tow bar, so there is no risk of misplacing them. And because the tabs always stay on your tow bar instead of protruding from your vehicle, your car stays looking clean when not being towed.Easy to plug and unplug:Using Demco hitch plates to attach and remove your tow bar couldn't be easier. With the hitch plate tabs attached to the tow bar arms, simply insert the tabs into your vehicle's receivers and twist to lock in place. Insert the provided pull tabs to add an extra layer of security, ensuring the tabs stay in place. To remove each arm, simply pull the pin to disengage the lock, twist the tow bar arm and remove the bracket tab.Receiver coverageKeeps dirt and debris out of hitch plate receivers with included covers. These high-density polyethylene covers easily snap onto each pull-up point when your pull-up bar is not attached. By limiting internal corrosion, it is easier to slide the tabs in and out and helps prevent galling so the tabs do not bind.Tow bar adaptersIf you have a Demco Kwik-Tow tow bar or a tow bar from another manufacturer, an adapter may be available. Demco makes adapters for use with other tow bars so you don't have to worry about replacing your tow bar when you equip your new tow car with hitch plates.
