Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

Damaged products, incomplete products, defective or non-working product, product received late, products lost in transport, products not as described, etc.

  • If contacted within 30 days of receipt, we will replace (if item is in stock) or refund the product at the customer's discretion.
  • Customer will receive a prepaid return label
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and in “like new” and resalable condition in order for the customer to receive a full refund. If the product is not in resalable condition due to damaged or missing packaging, missing instructions, or other missing accessories, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. If the product has been used, the refund will not be made and the product may be returned to the customer at their expense.

 

Best price available, no longer needed, purchased the wrong part, incompatible or unnecessary, or for any other reason

  • If contacted within 30 days of receipt, we will accept the customer's return request. No partial or full refunds will be approved.
  • The customer will receive a prepaid or unpaid return label at the discretion of Recreashop. In the case of items weighing more than 40 pounds or too bulky, an unpaid return slip or to be deducted from the customer refund will be offered.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and in “like new” and resalable condition in order for the customer to receive a full refund. If the product is not in resalable condition due to damaged or missing packaging, missing instructions, or other missing accessories, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. If the product has been used, the refund will not be made and the product may be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Tire returns due to incorrect size selection when ordering will be at the customer's expense.

 

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the product weighs more than 40 lbs or measures more than 60 inches (Or considered bulky item), the customer will receive an unpaid return label for the return.

  • Cancellation request received before tracking number was confirmed.

 

Recreashop will make every effort to cancel a customer order if that order has not yet been shipped.
