The Blaze II is an evolutionary update to the Blaze adventure motorcycle helmet. At its core, the Blaze II is an MX helmet with a peak and an integrated sun shield, making it the ideal companion for long cross-country rides. The Blaze II shell is made from LS2's proprietary Kinetic Polymer Alloy (KPA). It is lightweight, offers some flexibility as part of the energy management system, and is extremely durable. It performs as well as the world's best composite materials and is the perfect material for an ADV helmet. This exclusive material uses nanotechnology to blend microscopic aramid fiber particles into a high-grade polymer. It is at the forefront of energy management materials, offering a degree of built-in flexibility to disperse energy, the penetration resistance of high-grade fiber products, and a low weight. LS2 uses 3 distinct shell sizes so you get the smallest and lightest shell possible for your head circumference. 6 specially designed EPS safety liners work with the KPA shell for a better fit and optimal energy management. The comfort liner uses a high-tech fabric that wicks away moisture, dries quickly, and keeps the rider cool and more comfortable. The liner is fully removable and washable (always hand wash and air dry) and uses LS2's emergency release system, available when needed. Our comfort pads are pre-curved using LS2's 3D laser technology for all-day comfort and to prevent hot spots. Multiple intake and exhaust ports are channeled through the inner EPS to ensure smooth airflow. The cheek pads are slightly curved to accommodate glasses. This ECE 22.06-certified motorcycle helmet uses LS2 Advanced Rotational Energy Management (A.R.E.M.) technology to manage rotational energy forces. INTERMEDIATE OVAL FIT.
