REVOLT Voltage Regulator

Refuse to compromise with 30-year-old current technology. Join the revolt against lackluster voltage regulator performance. With its redesigned rectifier technology, REVOLT excels where all others fail: by correcting the weak rectifier design that causes 85% of voltage regulator failures in powersports applications. Welcome to a new era!

RUNS 50% COOLER THAN OEM
2 years of R&D and a careful selection of top-tier performance components have allowed REVOLT to significantly reduce the failure rate by operating at a significantly lower temperature than the best OEM and competitor products on the market

SOLVES THE ROOT CAUSE OF FAILURE
85% of voltage regulator rectifier failures stem from failure on the rectifier side. While the latest technologies have all improved the regulator side, REVOLT is the only voltage regulator rectifier on the market that uses active rectification to significantly improve rectifier reliability.

DISSIPATE HEAT 45% FASTER THAN OEM
Our exclusive upgraded Arctic Frostbite housing has larger, deeper fins and is CNC-machined from high-quality aluminum billet for optimal heat transfer from the internal components to the external cool air.

PROUDLY MADE IN NORTH AMERICA
REVOLT is designed, engineered, and manufactured in North America to strict quality control standards. Say goodbye to failures due to inconsistent quality control processes.

LIFETIME WARRANTY
REVOLT is so durable that we back it with a limited lifetime warranty. You will never need to change a voltage regulator again.
