The pistons are precision-machined on state-of-the-art CNC machines. They are made from the same low-expansion, low-friction alloy used by all major Japanese engine manufacturers. Piston kits are a premium replacement solution for the original piston in your motorcycle, scooter, moped, ATV, personal watercraft, etc.

Pistons for sleeved cylinders are available in standard sizes and a wide range of oversized models. The availability of oversized models up to 2 mm helps significantly extend the life of a cylinder by allowing for a greater number of rebores. Pistons for plated cylinders are available in standard sizes and in A, B, C, and D+ oversized models. Take advantage of oversized models to extend the life of plated cylinders.
