The pistons are precision-machined on state-of-the-art CNC machines. They are made from the same low-expansion, low-friction alloy used by all major Japanese engine manufacturers. Piston kits are an excellent choice for replacing the original piston in your motorcycle, scooter, moped, ATV, personal watercraft, etc.
The pistons for sleeved cylinders are available in standard size and in a wide range of oversizes. Oversize options up to 2 mm greatly extend cylinder life by allowing more rebore jobs. Pistons for plated cylinders are available in standard size and in oversizes A, B, C, and D+. Take advantage of oversize options to extend the life of plated cylinders.
