The pistons are precision-machined on state-of-the-art CNC machines. They are made from the same low-expansion, low-friction alloy used by all major Japanese engine manufacturers. Piston assemblies are a top-quality replacement for the original piston in your motorcycle, scooter, moped, ATV, personal watercraft, etc.

Pistons for sleeved cylinders are available in standard size and a wide range of oversizes. Oversizes up to 2 mm can greatly extend cylinder life by allowing for more rebore jobs. Pistons for plated cylinders are available in standard size and in oversizes A, B, C, and D+. Take advantage of the oversizes to extend the life of plated cylinders.
