The pistons are precision-machined on state-of-the-art CNC machines. They are made from the same low-expansion, low-friction alloy used by all the major Japanese engine manufacturers. These piston kits are an excellent choice for replacing the original piston in your motorcycle, scooter, moped, ATV, personal watercraft, etc.
Pistons for sleeved cylinders are available in standard size and a wide range of oversizes. Oversizes up to 2 mm greatly extend cylinder life by allowing for more rebore jobs. Pistons for plated cylinders are available in standard size and in oversizes A, B, C, and D+. Take advantage of the oversize options to extend the life of plated cylinders.
