The pistons are precision-machined on state-of-the-art CNC machines. They are made from the same low-expansion, low-friction alloy used by all major Japanese engine manufacturers. Piston kits are a first-choice replacement for the original piston in your motorcycle, scooter, moped, ATV, personal watercraft, etc.

Pistons for sleeved cylinders are available in standard size and in a wide range of oversizes. Oversizes up to 2 mm greatly extend cylinder life by allowing more reborings. Pistons for plated cylinders are available in standard size and in oversizes A, B, C, and D+. Take advantage of the oversize options to extend the life of plated cylinders.
