The pistons are precision-machined on state-of-the-art CNC machines. They are made with the same low-expansion, low-friction alloy used by all major Japanese engine manufacturers. The piston kits are a first-choice solution for replacing the original piston in your motorcycle, scooter, moped, ATV, jet ski, etc.
Pistons for sleeved cylinders are available in standard size and in a wide range of oversized models. The availability of oversized models up to 2 mm greatly increases the lifespan of a cylinder by allowing for a greater number of re-borings. Pistons for coated cylinders are available in standard size and in oversized models A, B, C, and D+. Take advantage of oversized models to extend the life of coated cylinders.
