The bag has a total capacity of 40 litres and is equipped with our No Dancing Monkey ™ NDM 3.0 harness system, which provides a secure, bounce-free fit. The glasses compartment is lined with scratch-resistant fabric for safe storage. The shoe compartment is completely separate from the rest of your equipment. The laptop compartment keeps it securely in place and protects it from damage. The interior features a zippered compartment for storing your used training gear, as well as small compartments for your favourite accessories.

The bag can easily be compressed and released to adjust to the size you need on a daily basis thanks to the external straps. The outside of the bag features Velcro loops for ID/declaration tags, as well as ergonomic compression straps with hook-and-loop fasteners for comfortable carrying. The harness is compatible with accessories such as the NDM 2.0 phone pouch and all other NDM 2.0 accessories. We generally describe this bag as the best training gear bag ever designed.
