SPX QUANTUM SNOWMOBILE PISTON (SM-109221)

SPX is proud to present the QUANTUM SERIES PISTON. The evolutionary piston is made from a space-age aluminum alloy that maintains its high tensile strength up to 700°F (300°C). This is 50% higher than a conventional cast piston. This high resistance to temperature significantly improves fatigue resistance, strength, and impact toughness. Combined with the existing anodized crown, machine-smoothed heads, and MoS₂-coated skirts, the aluminum alloy meets the demands of today's high-performance engines.
