DRT Motorsports' HD billet aluminum tie rod assembly is designed to improve the strength and reliability of your Polaris XPEDITION 64" platform. Machined from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum, this tie rod assembly offers superior durability and reduced weight compared to stock components, without compromising performance.

Designed to maintain full clearance throughout the suspension's range of motion, this assembly ensures smooth operation even at full suspension droop or compression. Whether on rough terrain or high-speed stretches, the tie rods remain fully compatible with all suspension and steering components for confident control in all conditions.

This complete system replaces the stock inner tie rods (part no. 7061322) and outer tie rod ends (part nos. 7061312-GA / 7061313-DR), while retaining the stock steering rack. It includes premium 5/8" three-piece PTFE-lined chromoly rod ends and an exclusive inner ball joint that preserves the stock boots and protects the steering rack from contaminants such as water, sand, and dirt.

Finished with a military-spec black anodized coating and laser-etched with the DRT Motorsports logo, these tie rods are as rugged as they are refined.
