The focus on ergonomics led to a study of the riding position to perfect details such as reducing pressure on the neck, thanks to the Veloce Racing Neck system, and ensuring maximum comfort and mobility with the addition of large S1 bi-stretch fabric inserts and hip adjustments. Riding comfort is combined with superior levels of protection. Certified to the EN 17092 AA class standard, the Racing 5 Perf. jacket is equipped with CE level 2 certified composite protectors on the elbows and shoulders, interchangeable aluminum inserts on the shoulders to promote a more natural slide in the event of a fall, and a pocket designed for the insertion of a G-type back protector and chest protector. Thanks to the study of the proper fit, the jacket can be worn comfortably over the Dainese Smart Air airbag system without having to buy the next size up. This prevents the protectors from shifting to the wrong place during a fall, thanks to the proper fit of the sleeves, which always guarantee the rider maximum protection. In addition, the loops for connecting the Smart Air to the jacket allow you to remove and put on both in a single motion, with the assurance of always keeping the airbag in the right place under the jacket.
