Cylinder Works OEM-style cylinder, appearing new and not remanufactured, made of cast aluminum with a nickel silicon carbide (NSC) electroplated stock bore, just like an OE cylinder. NSC is a composite of nickel and silicon carbide that provides an excellent wear-resistant surface with oil-retention capabilities. The cylinders are then diamond-honed to the exact bore dimensions and proper surface finish to ensure proper ring sealing and oil retention.
