The TECNO 3 IRON, the upper, and the cable holder are replaceable.  \u003cb\u003eANKLE SUPPORT BRACES\u003c\/b\u003e A single ankle support brace connects the internal and external ankle joints for better support. On the lower outer part, the ankle brace is equipped with air vents that can be operated using an aerodynamically shaped button. The ankle brace is made of NYLON with fiberglass. Small slots on the central part of the joint allow for perspiration and air dissipation.  \u003cb\u003eREPLACEABLE SLIDER\u003c\/b\u003e The slider is replaceable and available in nylon, with ceramic or aluminum inserts.  \u003cb\u003eSHOCK ABSORBING HEEL CUP\u003c\/b\u003e A polyurethane shell houses a shock-absorbing insert, visible from the outside through small slots that mark the appearance of the heel.
