attelage-classe-1-volkswagen-golf-alltrack-sportwagen
Class 1 Trailer Hitch, Volkswagen Golf Alltrack, SportWagen

However you define adventure, whether it's carrying a mountain bike on the back, hunting from a tree stand or camping with the family in the middle of nowhere, CURT class 1 hitches provide a lightweight towing receiver to help you get going. Each one is designed for a specific vehicle, for easier installation, a better fit and optimal towing capacity. Custom class 1 trailer hitches are available for a variety of small vehicle types, including compact cars, crossovers, minivans and small SUVs. This class 1 hitch is designed as a custom hitch for select years of the Volkswagen Golf Alltrack and Golf SportWagen (to confirm vehicle compatibility, see the CURT application guide at curtmfg.com). Tested to SAE J684, it offers a weight capacity of 2,000 lb GTW and 200 lb TW. It has a 1-1/4" receiver tube opening to accept a ball mount shank or other hitch mount. This class 1 hitch also comes with all the necessary mounting hardware. With its lightweight design and smaller receiver tube size, a class 1 hitch is especially useful for adding cargo space with a hitch-mounted bike rack or cargo carrier. It can also generally be used to tow small trailers such as a utility trailer, kayak trailer or teardrop camper (never exceed the lowest weight capacity of any towing component, i.e. the vehicle, hitch, trailer, etc.). Although CURT class 1 trailer hitches are intended for light-duty towing only, we apply the same quality principles as the rest of our rear hitches. Each class 1 hitch is built with hands-on engineering, high-strength steel and precision welding. We use a co-cured A-coat finish, inside and out, along with a durable black powder coat to provide long-lasting defence against rust, chips and UV rays.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0809/6301/0848/files/11422_3008x1990_a_f5557169-eee2-491f-b60e-4aa3efd06945.jpg?v=1757534255
