attelage-classe-1-subaru-baja
Class 1 hitch, Subaru Baja

Whatever adventure means to you — whether it’s hopping on the back of a mountain bike, hunting from a tree stand, or camping with your family far from anywhere — CURT Class 1 hitches offer a lightweight towing receiver to help you get out there. Each one is designed to fit a specific vehicle, making installation easier, ensuring a better fit, and providing optimal towing capacity. Custom Class 1 trailer hitches are available for a variety of small vehicle types, including compact cars, crossovers, minivans, and small SUVs. This Class 1 hitch is designed as a custom-fit hitch for select model years of the Subaru Baja (to check vehicle compatibility, see the CURT application guide at curtmfg.com). Tested in accordance with SAE J684, it offers a load capacity of 2,000 lbs. GTW and 200 lbs. TW. It features a 1-1/4" receiver tube opening to accept a ball mount or other hitch accessory. This Class 1 hitch also includes all the necessary mounting hardware. With its lightweight design and smaller receiver tube, a Class 1 hitch is especially useful for adding cargo space with a hitch-mounted bike rack or cargo carrier. They can also generally be used to tow small trailers such as a utility trailer, kayak trailer, or teardrop camper (never exceed the lowest weight capacity of any towing component; i.e., the vehicle, hitch, trailer, etc.). Although CURT Class 1 trailer hitches are intended only for light-duty towing, we apply the same quality principles as we do to the rest of our rear hitches. Each Class 1 hitch is built with meticulous engineering, high-strength steel, and precision welding. We use a co-cured A-coat finish inside and out, as well as a durable black powder coat, to provide lasting protection against rust, chips, and UV rays.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0809/6301/0848/files/11280_3008x1990_a_dc2d0f91-3d1c-450b-a7c5-d58170f5f4ab.jpg?v=1757534042
