Each is designed to fit a specific vehicle, making installation easier and providing a better fit and optimal towing capacity. Custom Class 1 trailer hitches are available for a variety of small vehicle types, including compact cars, crossovers, minivans and small SUVs. This Class 1 hitch is designed as a custom-fit hitch for select model years of the Honda CR-Z (to check vehicle compatibility, see the CURT application guide at curtmfg.com). Tested in accordance with SAE J684, it offers a capacity of 1,000 lbs. GTW and 100 lbs. TW. It features a 1-1\/4\" receiver tube opening to accept a ball mount or other hitch-mounted accessory. This Class 1 hitch also comes with all the necessary mounting hardware. With its lightweight design and smaller receiver tube, a Class 1 hitch is especially useful for adding cargo space with a hitch-mounted bike rack or cargo carrier. They can also generally be used to tow small trailers such as a utility trailer, kayak trailer or teardrop camper (never exceed the lowest weight capacity of any towing component, including the vehicle, hitch, trailer, etc.). Although CURT Class 1 trailer hitches are intended only for light-duty towing, we apply the same quality principles as we do to the rest of our rear hitches. Each Class 1 hitch is built with hands-on engineering, high-strength steel and precision welding. We use a co-cured A-coat finish inside and out, along with a durable black powder coat, to provide lasting protection against rust, chips and UV rays.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"CURT","offers":[{"title":"Class 1 hitch, Honda CR-Z","offer_id":50696699773216,"sku":"11077-CUR","price":440.61,"currency_code":"CAD","in_stock":false}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0809\/6301\/0848\/files\/11077_3008x1990_a_f5a38427-2420-42c0-a5e8-86273b5d8777.jpg?v=1757533908","url":"https:\/\/en.recreashop.ca\/products\/attelage-classe-1-honda-cr-z","provider":"Récréashop","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
